2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• If the item is returned in a condition that is not in line with our return policy, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or charge a restocking fee.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on the item’s availability and your preference.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product and place a new order for the desired item. The same return and refund policy applies.
